Surface Mount with Buttons Factory Rest

In the event you are unable to connect to your Surface Mount, or you are un sure of the IP address you can perform a factory reset by pressing and holding buttons 1, 2, 5 & 6 for at least 9 seconds. You will then notice a flash of all LEDs.  The bezel may be reconfigured at this point using the discovery and configuration instructions described above.
