Can I charge the iPad with a USB-C or Lightning Cable when installed in a CONNECT Case?
- No - The CONNECT Case and Dock systems were designed to be used together as a complete, secure charging solution for your iPad. The iPad will need to be removed from the Case in order to charge the iPad with a USB-C or lighting cable if not using the IPORT CONNECT Dock.

Do you sell the CONNECT Case and Dock as a kit or separately?
- Separately - The CONNECT Case and Dock system was designed to accommodate the iPad size of your choice, and as such, you first need to purchase the Case for the size of iPad you choose and also choose the Dock or MulitDock depending on your charting and iPad needs.

What is the difference between Dock and MultiDock?
- Both Dock and Multi Dock can charge BOTH CONNECT and CONNECT PRO Cases of all iPad sizes. Dock is designed to be a singular charging solution for a Case and iPad, whereas MultiDock can charge up to 6 iPads in CONNECT or CONNECT PRO Cases. Both Dock and MultiDock can provide PD Rapid charging to iPads, enabling rapid charging of iPads from 0%-50% in under 30 minutes.

How are the CONNECT Case and CONNECT PRO Cases different?

The CONNECT PRO and CONNECT Cases share a very similar look and feel. In fact, they are exactly the same case skeleton. The main difference is the internal electrical components and the docking solutions. CONNECT PRO Cases will work with CONNECT PRO Stations, Dock, and MultiDock. CONNECT CASE, however, will only work with DOCK and MultiDock. Both CONNECT and CONNECT PRO Case will work with all iPads Apple sells.
